Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing time may take longer.
Shipping Time
We work with international suppliers (including China), so delivery time is:
- Canada, Uk, Australia & USA: 10–15 business days
- Other International Countries: 18-21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order anytime.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. We may also offer free shipping on selected products during promotions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Address Policy

- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or updates, including shipping address modifications.
- If you need to change your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
